Yaakov Feldstein

Yaakov is a singer-songwriter who composes, arranges, performs, and records contemporary Jewish music. He lives in Queens, New York and is currently a student at Yeshiva University. He released his first single when he was studying in Israel at Yeshivat Sha'alvim. He is formally trained in multiple instruments, beginning with piano lessons which he started at the age of seven, and "picked up" other instruments on his own. His writing career began when he was fourteen, a freshman at DRS Yeshiva High School for Boys. He has performed as a member of multiple bands, and co-founded "Betach" in high school, playing gigs from the Allegria Hotel to Bridgeview Yacht Club, as well as soup kitchens and outdoor community events.
