Nachum Segal and the Legendary Chazan David Werdyger Celebrate the Release of ”Uvishirei David”

Nachum had the honor and pleasure of hosting the legendary Chazan David Werdyger live at JM in the AM, along with his son Mendy Werdyger for a great morning of music and conversation focusing on his new CD/DVD release “Uvishirei David.” This 235 song release is a completely remastered collection of some of his most magnificent recordings. recapturing the hartz and neshoma of Chassidic music. Reb David will literally transport you back to a time and place where music was the language of the heart and a true expression of the beauty of Yiddishkeit. Nachum and Chazan Werdyger discussed how music saved his life, starting over from the horror of the Holocaust, and building the legendary Werdyger family. They played several tracks from the new CD and spoke about what went into making this unprecedented song collection.
