Surprise Casting brings a new song: Hershele In Chelm

by yossi January 15, 2009

Hershele is from Chelm, the place from which folklore stories overflow for many generations. Stories that have words of tochacha in them amid the silliness about the shortcomings of man. These tales are a proven recipe for true Jewish laughter. The religious producer Eli Mandel whom with his ownership produced the musical based on the well known tales of Chelm.  The musical is launched through the image of Hershel’s face which has been updated to fit our time. Beginning from this coming Chanuka the musical "Hershele" will be a fitting alternative of entertainment for the religious community. Working on the project are Yishai Lapidot, Odi Davidi, as well as the Kinderlach.
