“Hakol Habah – The Next Voice” In Jewish Music: Episode 15

by yossi July 02, 2015

This past Motzei Shabbos the live auditions ended for the Ha’Kol Ha’Bah competition. Just like every other week, 5 competitors went up on the stage in order to win the judges’ hearts and to reach the final quarter round. The most outstanding performance was given by Shmuel Harari, who was already dismissed during the previous round and came back at the last second with an incredible turn-around which gave him the ears of the listeners and those watching at home. This time, he came back to the stage with more confidence and better-prepared. The result didn’t take long to come, The judges gave his performance of Ahavat Ha’Shem five “Gevaldig”s, which immediately sent him to the final quarter. Right after Tisha B’Av the program will continue with the final quarter, during which each contestant will compete in a duet, and the judges will pick one singer of each duet to continue on into the final round.
