Benny Friedman II In Full Production

by Jewish Music Reporter December 12, 2010

One year after the release of his debut album Taamu, which was critically acclaimed by music fans and professionals worldwide, Benny Friedman has begun work on his follow up album. No release date has been announced for this eagerly anticipated project, but producer Avi Newmark promises that he hopes to start recording as soon as song selection has completed. While most of the songs have already been chosen, demos can still be submitted to avi@newmarkproductions.com

For those of you who just can’t wait any longer to hear more of Benny, his newly released single, Berachanim, is available for 99 cent download at MostlyMusic.com or iTunes. Featuring the voices of Benny Friedman, Ari Goldwag and Yitzy Spinner, this moving song is a tribute to Ilan Tocker, a Cedarhurst father of four who is recovering from a traumatic brain injury. All proceeds from the song, produced by Avi Newmark, will go towards defraying the daunting medical bills faced by the Tocker family.

Benny will also be singing with Avraham Fried at this years upcoming HASC CONCERT ( buy tix here) as well as some other surprises to be revealed soon.

To keep up with the latest Benny news, go to BennysMusic.com or check Benny out on Twitter or Facebook. Bennys iPhone app, featuring music, photos, news, show dates, twitter feed, videos and links to buy music, is now available for download through iTunes.
