A beautiful message from Shmueli Ungar to his Zaidy Z”L

Hello my dear followers and to all who listen and enjoy my music,

I want to take a moment of your time to write a few words in honor of my dear Zaidy z”l, who passed away a few days ago.

Zaidy, I don’t know if I ever expressed to you the depth of the gratitude I feel for everything you have done for me. Zaidy, I want to thank you for everything you taught me about life and inner happiness.

You were the one who pushed me to take leaps and chances in my life. You taught me to push forward in order to achieve my goals and to do what I love.

To me you were not only a grandpa, but also an amazing mentor, and you believed in me so much that you invested in me. You saw my potential and with your elder-like wisdom You built up a confidence in me, which I will never forget, and I will forever be grateful for.

All the people who take inspiration from my music and love listening to me, with G-d’s help and grace, have you to thank for that! You pushed me to never give up and always be better today than yesterday.

Zaidy, I always admired your way of looking at the world and the people in it, and to see the good and the truth in everything, be it in business or elsewhere.

I will never forget you and I will never stop yearning for a chance to again hear your voice and to see your face. I will remember forever all the support and the wise constructive criticism you gave me.

I won’t stop practicing everything you taught me and you will forever be etched into my memory.
