This was my first year davening for the amud and BH discovered this album. His nussach is passionate and beautiful, interwoven with the classic chazzanus pieces as well as yeshivishe nussach. I was able to learn the pieces I needed and am very grateful

WOW!!! Never has there been an album released that blends so beautifully legendary cantorial masterpieces into the traditional yeshiva style nusach. R' Dovid has the most beautiful hartzigeh voice with incredible vocal abilities. His control and colaraturah are world class as well. The product of all this is an album which you cannot stop listening to! I envy anyone who has the opportunity to participate in his davening on Yomim Noraim.

Words will not do justice to what I just heard, for anyone who has an appreciation for the fine nuances of "NUSSACH" combined with the sweetest most gorgeous voice, this is an "ABSOLUTE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT CANT MISS MUST LISTEN" This has been something that I have been yearning for over 30 years!! To incorporate some of the classic "CHAZZANUS" pieces of Yossele Rosenblatt and Kwartin into the beautiful twists and turns of the "NUSSACH" is truly a work of art. It is not only rare to find such a gorgeous sweet beautiful voice that is able to combine "HARTZ" with "NO COMPROMISE" on the nuances of Nussach is simply something which does not exist in today's music world. I am a busy mother of young children and have not been to shul in many years for Yomim Noraim davening. Also, I don't have time to do much spiritual preparation for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kipur. After purchasing this CD, I am experiencing a new reality. I feel as if I'm getting a sneak preview for the davening of Rosh Hashana and can really feel each word being said. The emotion of the chazzan is so powerful and heartfelt that it enters my heart and puts me in the Elul spirit. Besides for the obvious and significant beauty of the singing and the talent so evident, the ability of the singer to bring me to tears on a regular afternoon in my house or car is truly amazing. I know Reb Dovid for a long while. His love for and expertise at Nussach is expressed in every note. Its rare to be able to show case such expression in a first time album. Your voice a pleasure to listen to. I had no idea this was coming. Thank you for surprising us!
