The Portnoy Brothers are two brothers (Sruli and Mendy Portnoy) from Manchester England, currently living in Israel doing music full time. They are in the midst of recording a full album to be released next year. Over the next few months they will be releasing a few FREE singles which they have recorded over the last year or so.
