When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Tracking Technologies
When you visit or use our website in any manner, we may use pixels, cookies, or other tracking technologies to associate your usage of our website with an associated email (through our third-party vendors). SECTION 11 - SMS ABANDONED CART
Mostly Music's website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. By opting into SMS marketing, you consent to receiving these cart reminder messages.
SECTION 12 - WEB PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Web Push notifications are automated customer alerts that are delivered via web browser platforms to subscribers for the purposes of marketing. They are functional across a number of browsers and operating systems.
SECTION 13 - LOCATION TRACKING AND LOCATION-BASED SERVICES
Mostly Music's website and associated applications may collect and use location-based data to offer you relevant services, such as personalized product recommendations, store locations, and promotions tailored to your geographic area. This data is collected through your device’s GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular data and is used solely to enhance your shopping experience. We do not share this location data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Subscriber list
The Company ensures that all subscriber lists remain private and confidential. The Company will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer's contact lists. Nor will Company themselves use customer's contact lists for any purpose.
Use of information collected
The Company shall not distribute, circulate or pass onto any third party any of the information that is collected through the licensing and use of the product.
