Playjector Rental Terms

Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period

Your rental begins on the selected delivery date and ends on the Return By date listed on your order. All items must be shipped back or dropped off by that date.

2. Equipment Included

Your rental kit includes:

• Playjector device
• Remote control
• Power adapter & cable
• Carry case
• Detachable stand
• Bubble wrap (must be used for return)
• Return shipping label
• Seal sticker

You must return all components.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Preventing accidental or intentional damage
• Keeping all items together
• Using proper packing materials for return
• Returning equipment in working condition

4. Protection Plan (If Purchased)

If you purchased the optional Protection Plan during checkout, you are not responsible for:

• Accidental damage
• Loss of the projector or accessories
• Operational failure due to customer mistake
• Missing accessories (remote, stand, charger, etc.)

Protection does not cover:

• Intentional damage
• Theft due to leaving the device unattended outdoors or in a public area
• Non-return of any equipment (Protection requires a return attempt)

If Protection is purchased, all covered fees are waived up to the full replacement value.

If Protection is not purchased, the customer is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items.

5. Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional charges.

6. Prohibited Actions

• Resetting or modifying the device
• Attempting to bypass security or access restricted menus
• Removing security labels
• Copying or recording content
• Using Playjector for unlicensed public screenings

7. Acceptable Use

Playjector is licensed for private group viewing only unless otherwise stated.

8. Technical Support

Setup instructions are included; support information is provided on your order confirmation.

9. Agreement

By completing your rental purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
