1. License Grant and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the purchased video content solely for your personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sublicense, or otherwise make the content available to any third party unless expressly authorized in writing.

2. Forensic Watermarking

All video content is embedded with unique, invisible forensic watermarking technology that is specifically tied to your purchase. This technology enables identification and tracing of any unauthorized distribution or access.

3. Prohibited Use

You expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

  • Share or distribute the content with any unauthorized individual or entity
  • Upload or publish the content on any public or private platform, including but not limited to websites, social media, cloud storage, forums, or messaging groups
  • Allow access to the content beyond the licensed user(s)
  • Attempt to remove, alter, bypass, or obscure any watermarking or security features

4. Liquidated Damages for Unauthorized Distribution

You acknowledge that unauthorized distribution of the content would result in substantial harm that is difficult to accurately quantify.

Accordingly, you agree that:

If it is determined, through forensic watermarking or other reasonable means, that your licensed content has been shared, distributed, or made accessible in violation of these Terms, you shall be liable for liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000 per violation.

This amount represents a reasonable pre-estimate of damages and is not intended as a penalty.

5. Authorization to Charge

By agreeing to these Terms and completing your purchase, you expressly authorize us to charge the above-referenced amount to:

  • Your original payment method, and/or
  • Any other payment method you have provided

Such charges may be processed without additional notice upon confirmation of a violation.

6. Additional Remedies

We reserve the right to pursue any additional remedies available under law or equity, including but not limited to:

  • Injunctive relief
  • Recovery of actual damages
  • Legal fees and enforcement costs

7. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the forensic watermarking and liquidated damages provisions.
