It was well done and had a good story. But you should definitely label it correctly as a +16 or 18 movie. Because many parts were very violent and descriptive for children. But thank you for investing in the world of frum film. We need more of it!!!!
Great
This film is a great story, professionally filmed with good acting. It's a classic "evil galach" story and they did a great job recreating the olden days including a fabulous shtetl marketplace and engaging 'ehrlicheh yid' character. I was disturbed by the dead bodies and scary scenes. Due to the creepiness factor, I wouldn't recommend it for children under 12 as it might cause nightmares. On the other hand, the storyline seems to be made for children. So use your judgment. Other than the gore, the values are high quality. Best of all is the rabbi telling the child, "You can ask questions. Avrohom Avinu asked questions and discovered Hashem. But we don't wait until we have answers..." Beautiful. I find that any Ari Abramowitz film, no matter who produces it, is well-done in every way. Thank you! The price is very high for a 1.5 hour film for only 24 hours.
