Amazing Workout!!!
Beyond expectations! My boys now have a fun excersize program that is appropriate for frum kids and men.
Great Video
This is a really unique video because, as far as I know, it is the only one which does not have any issues of tznuis. It has four different workouts, for different fitness levels, which is very useful to break the monotony of only having one. I highly recommend it.

I would recommend it for every one! I think its the best workout CD around, Fantastic moves and great background music..Not sure why its that cheap.
