[YWN] Shwekey: Back to the Beacon Rehearsal

YWN was given exclusive rights to video a rehearsal which was held in Manhattan on Thursday evening, for the upcoming Yaakov Shwekey concert “Back To The Beacon”, which will be held this Sunday, December 19, at NYC’s Beacon Theater.

Yaakov Shwekey will be preforming selections from his latest album “Libi Ba’Mizrach” and brings his most famous songs and duets from his July 2010 blockbuster concert in Caesaria, Israel to NYC’s historic Beacon Theater.

Special appearances by Cantor Yitzchak Meir Helfgot, Baruch Levine, Ethan Bortnick, The Shira Chadasha Boys Chior from Israel, and The Maccabeats. This amazing lineup will be accompanied by a 50-piece symphonic orchestra conducted by Yochi Briskman. Proceeds of the evening will benefit the United Tzedaka Group, consisting of 4 charitable organizations, who are presenting this extraordinary event together.
