Having Problems Watching Your Video Rental?

It is most probably because vimeo.com - the site where our videos are streamed from - is blocked by your internet filter

Solution:

add vimeo.com to your white list/web site exception list (of course only if that is OK with  you)

that should solve the problem.

still not working?

adding Vimeo is like adding Youtube which is not a thing I would recommend to the public, The Nativ filter has an option to allow specific vimeo links, and they whitelisted all mostly music Vimeo links. think

Thank so much for your response. I unblocked what I thought was blocking the video but it still didn’t work. it just continued to tell me “video loading”. thank you.
