Just to let you know that you will want to have weights for this workout, you can make do without but better to have, at whatever weight you are comfortable using. A mat would also be good but you can also just put a towel or blanket down on the floor. The women are dressed in long black sleeves, leggings and wearing skirts that really do stay covered the whole time. The music is quiet in the background, just a beat, no words to the music. The instructions are very clear to follow. The three levels are all simultaneous, there are three different women each showing you how to do the workout for the intermediate, beginner and advanced levels. I would think a pregnant women could follow the beginner workout comfortably, but I am not saying that from a medical standpoint. This is focused on working out the different body parts, with three segments for upper middle and lower body and a warm up at beginning and end. It's not aerobics or dance or anything like that, it's about building and strengthening each body part, it's a good enjoyable workout and I recommend it highly.
